Information we collect
When the store opens, Urban Roo may collect information needed to provide the site and fulfil orders, including contact, delivery, account, order and support information. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; Urban Roo does not need to store full card details.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the store, process and fulfil orders, provide service, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and improve the site. Order details needed for production and delivery may be shared with WooCommerce service providers, payment providers, Printful and relevant carriers.

You may request access to or correction of personal information by emailing urbanroo.au@gmail.com. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax or order-support purposes.
