Urban Roo is not currently accepting orders. Product-specific production, dispatch and delivery information will be published only after the selected fulfilment path has been tested and approved.
Change of mind
The voluntary return window, request and authorisation steps, return-shipping responsibility, available remedy, processing time and treatment of original delivery charges require owner approval before checkout is enabled.
Faults and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The final policy will explain how to report an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description and how the appropriate remedy is assessed.
